Terms of service

LEVER CONSULTANCY LTD, trading as Hi Boss · Version 2026-09-07.2 · 7 September 2026

Who we are

Hi Boss is operated by LEVER CONSULTANCY LTD, company number 12434213, registered in England and Wales, registered office: 6 Rose Joan Mews, London, England, NW6 1DQ. Contact: lever.daniel@gmail.com. These terms govern the business beta service. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the organisation you represent. If you are not using Hi Boss for business, contact us before registering; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Your agreement

You accept these terms when you expressly agree during registration or a terms update. Where we process personal data on your organisation’s behalf, the data-processing agreement forms part of these terms and takes precedence for that processing. Our privacy notice explains our separate use of account and service-administration data; acknowledging it is not consent to all processing.

The beta service

Hi Boss is an AI participant that can join supported meetings, use authorised context, respond and create transcripts and summaries. Features may be unavailable, interrupted or inaccurate. There is no guaranteed response time, availability or complete record. Check important answers, quotations, decisions and actions against their sources. Hi Boss cannot bind you or your organisation or make commitments on your behalf. It does not provide professional legal, medical or financial advice and must not be used for emergency or safety-critical decisions.

Meeting responsibilities

Before scheduling or sending Hi Boss, establish an appropriate lawful basis and tell all participants, including later joiners, that AI will process their speech and may create retained transcripts and summaries. Explain purpose, sharing, retention and how to object; obtain consent where required. Organiser confirmation does not replace these duties. If you cannot attend, appoint someone present to handle notification and objections. Remove the bot if the conditions for lawful participation cease. You are responsible for the permissions needed to upload or connect content and for selecting appropriate knowledge access.

Permitted use

Do not use the beta for highly sensitive or regulated meetings, special-category data, criminal-offence data, children’s data, payment-card details or secrets such as passwords. Do not impersonate a person, conceal the AI identity, clone a voice without explicit permission, upload unlawful content, evade access controls or use the service to harm or discriminate against people. A photograph or custom voice must be yours or used with the person’s permission. We may suspend use to address a credible security, legal or abuse risk, giving reasons where lawful.

Accounts and company workspaces

Protect your sign-in account and report suspected misuse promptly. Global approval and company membership are separate. Company administrators can manage eligible team members and allocated usage, but do not receive automatic access to everyone’s private meeting content. Content you explicitly share with your company can be retrieved by eligible colleagues. Revoking access prevents future authorised retrieval; it cannot retract information already heard or copied.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in your content. You authorise us and our service providers to process it only as necessary to operate, secure and support Hi Boss and fulfil lawful instructions. We do not use customer meeting content or connected knowledge to train Hi Boss models. Output may resemble other output and may contain third-party material; no exclusive ownership or non-infringement guarantee is made. Hi Boss software and branding remain ours or our licensors’.

Usage and charges

The beta offers two free meeting hours subject to the allowance shown in your account. Additional allowances may be allocated by us or an authorised company administrator. Payment collection is not enabled and no automatic charge will be taken. Any future paid service requires separate clear pricing and agreement before charging. Displayed future pricing is not an authorisation to charge.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Hi Boss at any time and use account export and deletion controls. Export before deletion. Deletion is subject to the privacy notice, provider processing and any legal preservation requirement; failed cleanup is reported for retry. We may discontinue the beta with reasonable notice where practicable, except urgent legal or security circumstances. Material terms changes will be presented for acceptance before further meeting dispatch. They do not retrospectively alter completed use.

Responsibility and disputes

We will exercise reasonable care and skill. To the extent legally permitted, we exclude indirect or consequential business loss and loss of profit resulting from beta use. Our aggregate contractual liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of £1,000 and fees you paid us in that period. This does not limit fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or individuals’ statutory data-protection rights. English law applies, and courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
