Security and meeting privacy
LEVER CONSULTANCY LTD, trading as Hi Boss · Version 2026-09-07.2 · 7 September 2026
Before the bot joins
Tell participants: ‘Hi Boss is an AI participant. It will process our conversation and may create a transcript and summary for the organiser. Please tell the organiser if you object.’ Provide the purpose, privacy notice, sharing and retention details before the meeting, notify late joiners and obtain permissions required for the circumstances. If attending without the organiser, someone present must be responsible for objections and removing the bot.
Controls and limits
Authenticated account scope, company roles and scoped knowledge retrieval protect ordinary application access. Signed meeting access and encrypted Google credentials are implemented. Pause stops the AI’s listening and replies; mute stops replies only. Leaving removes the bot. These controls do not stop other participants’ recording. Company administrators do not automatically receive private transcripts. The global service operator has administrative access. Never treat AI instructions as an absolute guarantee that sensitive facts cannot be spoken.
Reporting a problem
Email lever.daniel@gmail.com with the affected time, meeting reference and a brief description. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary meeting content. We will assess reports, restrict affected access where needed and investigate. Do not test other customers’ accounts or disrupt the service. Hi Boss has not been independently security-certified and does not claim to be completely secure or universally GDPR compliant.
